Needs work. Very difficult to connect appliances. Spent a few hours trying to connect my fridge, still can't do it and I'm pretty savvy with this stuff. Tried to connect the dishwasher, wouldn't connect and I gave up on it quickly bc I knew it wasn't gonna work. I was able to connect our oven which is cool but I had to troubleshoot to do it. It should not be this freaking hard!!! And the illusive sticker was not where the app said it would be. If you get it to connect, good for you! Good luck!!

Everytime you go to the home tab it makes you wait while it communicates with every device. You can't do anything until it pulls the status from all of them. Updating should be done in the background so I can still click on the menu or select a device without having to wait. 2024 and the app st ill can't communicate with the devices in the background.

Even though my dishwasher is a GE Profile, the app wouldn't connect to it unless I selected the "GE Appliances". So that was confusing and frustrating. And, I couldn't figure out how to update/change the dishwasher pod inventory. Finally, by accident, I swiped left to scroll over to the correct number, then saved. I set my "Custom" cycle to rinse and was able to start the dishwasher from the app. Very nice!!
